ASCs Inc. has one mission — to help our clients realize their goals. By clearly understanding our client’s objectives, preforming detailed and independent analysis, and working in an open and transparent manner, we provide the expert advice and create strategies that result in the absolute best outcomes for our clients.
The ASC industry has experienced significant acquisition and merger activity over the past 2 years for both in-network and out-of-network surgery centers. ASCs Inc.'s process of generating competitive bids results in high prices for sellers of ASCs with growth potential.
ASCs Inc. has compiled the most complete database and profiles of surgery center companies in the industry. We know what the corporate buyers want. We know what type of surgery centers each of the 50+ surgery center companies are looking for, which companies are well-capitalized, and which ones have the best track records for generating facility profits and increased distributions to the physician-partners after the sale. We know which companies are looking for minority or majority purchases, de novo projects, turn-around opportunities, and high cash flow producing centers. At any given point in time, there are usually several surgery center companies that are seeking certain types of surgery centers in certain locations, and are willing to pay premium prices. Based on your goals, we will put the highest possible value on your ASC and market your surgery center to the surgery center companies that will offer you a premium price because they want to invest in your type of center.
"I cannot thank ASCs Inc. enough for literally saving us from a disastrous situation to one that was extremely profitable as well as relatively stress free. As I told them, it was the best money I ever spent."
"I would highly recommend ASCs Inc. to any physicians who have an interest in an ASC or endocenter and are looking for corporate partners and require strategic advice about pursuing a future partnership."
"We have been very pleased with ASCs Inc.'s work on our behalf and indebted to him for helping us realize our goals regarding this sale."
"We would not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend ASCs Inc. to practices that wish to explore their own strategic partnership options in today's marketplace, and to do so fully educated and prepared for the process."
